In compliance with Reg. (EU) no. 2016/679 (European General Data Protection Regulation), we are providing you with the required information on processing of the personal data provided. The information is provided according to Art. 13 of Reg. (EU) 2016/679 (European General Data Protection Regulation).

“Personal data”, according to Art. 4 of GDPR 2016/679 means “any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an on-line identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person; (C26, C27, C30)”.

In the case in question, the legitimate interest is represented by the activity strictly necessary for functioning of the website and for supply of the browsing service on the platform.

B) Filling out of the contact form
After the data subject has filled out the contact form present on this website, the company will process the data to respond to your requests.

TRANSFER OF THE DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY
The personal data will not be transferred outside the EU.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS
You can exercise your rights as expressed by Art. 15 and the following articles of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 by contacting the Controller. You have the right to request, at any time, access to your personal data, its rectification and its erasure. You also have the right to data portability. You have the right to withdraw the consent given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Without prejudice to any other administrative and legal remedy, if you believe that processing of data concerning you breaches the requirements of Reg. (EU) 2016/679, according to Art. 15(f) thereof, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Supervisory Authority (supervisory authority www.garanteprivacy.it).

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
The controller reserves the right, at its own discretion, to change, amend, supplement or remove any part of this personal data protection policy, at any time. In order to make it easier to check for any changes, the policy will contain an indication of the date when it has been most recently updated.
